With the Resource Hacker utility you can perform enhanced operations on your executable files such as extracting information and resources and modify them to your convenience. Among the main features you have:
- Viewing Resources: Cursor, Icon, Bitmap, GIF, AVI, and JPG.
- Saving Resources: image files (*.ico, *.bmp etc), script files (*.rc), binary resource files (*.res), binary files (*.bin).
- Modifying Resources: resource located in another file (*.ico, *.bmp, *.res etc) or using the internal resource script compiler (for menus, dialogs etc)
- Adding Resources: copying from external resource files (*.res).
